[.NET] Update dependency libraries

Package needs to have the following dependencies updated from 5.0.0 to 6.0.x

1. Microsoft.Extensions.Caching.Memory
2. System.Collections.Immutable

Thanks for the suggestion. But this is currently on hold as it is a breaking change.
