Reconnect to existing sessions in unix

I think this issue is similar to #2385, except I can't seem to reconnect to existing sessions using rtvsd in linux. If the connection is lost to the remote (internet drops, switch from LAN to WiFi, etc.), I have to restart a new session instead of reconnecting to the existing session. Since there is also no dehydration process, those sessions begin to pile up on the remote until I manually kill the PIDs.

Software Versions: Ubuntu 16.04 RTVSD 1.3.31103 VS 15.6.4 rtvs 1.3.40104.1351
