Description

Employee AI Assistant is a Chat bot built using Azure open ai, Azure Search and python where employees can find answers to their questions regarding healthcare plans and company policies for a fictitious company called contoso.

DataSource:

I have used sample pdf files of a fictitious company called contoso for this use case.

Services used to implement solution:

• Azure open ai service(Generator)
• Azure search service(Retriever)
• Azure blob storage(data source)
• python+gradio(App/UX)

Key Features:

• Azure AI Search Integrated Vectorization
• Key less Auth( All Azure Services use azure ad auth and RBAC to communicate with each other)

Who can benefit from this app:

• Customer Service Reps can save tons of time by offloading common employee queries to this chatbot and focus on critical issues which need human intervention.
• Internal employees of any company will get more benefit from this app by getting answers to their questions quickly without having to go back and forth with customer service reps.
