Objective: Reduce bias in recruitment by focusing on skills and experience. Vector Store: We store candidate profiles as vector embeddings using semantic representations. Semantic Search: Matches job descriptions with candidate profiles based on meaning, not keywords. Bias Reduction: Sensitive data (e.g., name, gender) is removed to ensure unbiased results. Technology: Java and OpenAI are used to build the solution.
