Motivation
Many London university students struggle to find suitable accommodation, particularly when it comes to meeting the specific requirements of landlords and navigating the nuances of rental criteria. With high demand and limited guidance, students often face difficulties in matching with the right landlords, leading to frustration and unproductive searches. To address this, my team and I developed Property LLM, a platform designed to help students find studios and rooms by filtering both landlord and tenant requirements. By providing a tailored match between students and landlords, Property LLM simplifies the rental process, making it easier and more efficient for students to find the right accommodation in London.

Challenges Faced
Permissions with roles / unfamiliarity with Azure services. Unable to get the OpenAI Embeddings to work with the Azure Storage. Adding the all / required roles per documentation still encounter Permission APIError.
Further Work
Need to get vector embeddings to work and further explore the idea of geo-spatial embeddings. Which will also incorporate in the knowledge that the property is located.
