In vs2022, there are two unloaded projects that cannot be loaded

@chentiannan While I don't know what's going on, from looking at the log, it appears that there is something problematic with the base project itself. Maybe you are loading the project into the wrong engine version and need to retarget.

When you build from source in VS after generating a solution file, do you get better errors than the Unreal log that you shared?

It doesn't appear that your issue has any intersection with Project Acoustics from the information that's been shared so far.
