Handling transmission through materials

I'm trying to understand if Project Acoustics supports modelling transmission of audio through solid materials. The most obvious example I can think of would be sounds produced on a floor above the observer. Assuming there's no unobstructed path between them, I would expect to still hear the sounds transmitted through the material, the qualities of the sound being determined by the material itself.

Is this within the current or planned scope of the project? What properties are relevant?
