Steps to reproduce
Open PowerToys Run and paste the following text in...
""C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-background-timer-throttling --disable-backgrounding-occluded-windows --disable-renderer-backgrounding"
✔️ Expected Behavior
Realizing the text is longer than the Run box, I expect to see the last portion of the text rendered correctly.
❌ Actual Behavior
Instead I see text overlaid and can't tell what's there.

I can’t recreate this on the spot, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it somewhere before.
Sure. Lots of errors in there. Hopefully this helps you track it down.
