Steps to reproduce

1. Open Windows Settings > Personalization > Colors.
2. Set the theme to Light.
3. Launch powertoys settings or any other window.
4. Look at the taskbar buttons (Minimize, maximize, close) - White on light Gray

✔️ Expected Behavior

The icons should be dark on light gray when in Light mode and light on Dark gray in Dark mode.

❌ Actual Behavior

light on light gray when in Light mode and dark on Dark gray in Dark mode.
