✨ Feature Request: Context Menu Manager for Windows 11 Right-Click Menu Summary: Introduce a Context Menu Manager utility in PowerToys to allow users to easily create, organize, and manage custom right-click menu items in Windows 11, addressing limitations such as automatic menu collapsing (submenus) when adding multiple entries.

Motivation: Windows 11 introduced a modern, simplified right-click (context) menu which hides many options under a “Show more options” submenu. Power users often need to add custom entries like "Open with VSCode", "Open in Terminal", or development tools. Existing third-party tools like Custom Context Menu allow this, but when too many items are added, Windows collapses them into a submenu, defeating the purpose of quick access.

Proposed Features:

Add a new PowerToys module: Context Menu Manager

GUI to add, remove, or reorder custom right-click menu items

Support for:

Direct app launch (e.g., open folder in VSCode)

Scripts, batch files, PowerShell commands

File/folder-specific entries

Optional grouping or spacing to avoid forced submenu collapsing

Detection of Windows 11’s new context menu behavior and workaround options (e.g., keeping items in top-level)

Profile or template support for quickly enabling/disabling sets of menu items
