Steps to reproduce

1. Copy text or an image
2. Invoke the Advanced Paste clipboard while viewing the desktop
3. Select "Paste as .txt file" or "Paste as .png file"
4. The clipboard will either CTD or display an error message

✔️ Expected Behavior

The file should appear in the desired format when pasted directly to the desktop.

❌ Actual Behavior

Pasting copied content as a file (regardless of desired format) directly to the desktop fails. In my experience it usually causes the clipboard to CTD, but very occasionally it stays open and displays "An error occurred during the paste operation".

Haven't experienced any issues at all when attempting to paste in the Desktop folder in File Explorer.
