On the new Command Palette should be a option to refresh so that when i install a new app it can appear

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would be good if had a way to refresh the command pallet without close the power toys.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have noticed that when i install a new app, it doesn't appear next time i activate the command pallet, so i need to close the power toys app and open again.

Could you elaborate? What app are you installing, and from where? CmdPal (and Run) should be listening for app installs/updates/uninstalls. And extensions should also be picked up when they're installed too. Maybe there's something specific to this app you're trying to install.

Just jumping in here to say that I have just experienced this issue.

I installed "Espanso" v2.2.3 via Winget (using UniGet) GUI.

Command Palette does not show Espanso as installed, however PowerToys run does.

Exiting PowerToys and re-starting resolved the issue.
