Steps to reproduce

1. Open Command Palette
2. Turn on Windows Narrator (Ctrl + Windows + Enter)
3. Tab to a ListItem that has details

✔️ Expected Behavior

There would be some narration to tell the user there's a details pane to scan.

❌ Actual Behavior

There's no narration regarding the details associated with the ListItem
