Allow the keyboard equivalent of "snap to zone overlap" with a new keyboard shortcut

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The following behaviour is possible:

  • switch to FancyZones snap mode (I use second mouse button for this meaning: depress-and-hold mouse 1 and then click mouse 2 to activate) whilst mouse is in zone A
  • THEN hold Ctrl at the same time and move to another zone B
  • Letting go of mouse 1 snaps to overlap of zones A and B

It would be neat if there were a similar keyboard shortcut to do this. I believe Win + Ctrl plus left/right arrow moves to another snap zone, so perhaps Win + Ctrl + shift plus left/right arrow would be a good suggestion. Can be anything however

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be used when you want to zoom up or zoom down a window. Me, for example I have one MAIN big space for the app in focus and i have a vertical strip on the left of screen for chat windows. I split that vertical strip into two to house two chat windows. However sometimes it would be nice to zoom up or down the windows to take the entire vertical space or just a corner...
