Update to newer version failing

Steps to reproduce

When I try to upgrade to newer version (it happened from 0.90.0 to 0.90.1 and also now from 0.91.0 to 0.91.1) the update fails with attached message. If I uninstall the powertoys and install it again, it works correctly. It doesn't matter from where I try to update it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Upgrade is successful.

❌ Actual Behavior

When I try to upgrade, the error message appears and Powertoys are closed.
