Steps to reproduce
The Apply button is always grayed out and cannot be clicked.
Additionally, when I tried the PowerToy's report bug function, a pop-up appeared saying that a zip file was generated on the desktop, but in the end I didn't see anything.

I tried running it with administrator and running it normally, but the result was the same.
Hi @illuminatedworm. The issue is that your Search term is not matching any files. Your file names need to match the Search field, otherwise the Renamed column will be empty and the Apply button will be greyed out.
If you want to match all the files you selected, you can select "Use regular expressions" option and use ".*" as the search term:
