Hello Microsoft PowerToys Team, I am facing an issue with PowerToys v0.90.1 on Windows 11. Whenever I restart my PC, a pop-up dialog box appears with the error: "Class not registered" This does not happen when I shut down or hibernate the PC—only on restart. When I get this error, I simply close the pop-up and manually restart the app from the hidden apps section in the taskbar (bottom right corner).

System Details: • PowerToys Version: v0.90.1 • OS Version: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 [26100.3624] • .NET Version: 10.0.100-preview.3.25201.16 • System Language: English (India) • Installation Type: Microsoft Store • Running as Administrator: [Yes/No] (Check PowerToys settings) • Device: HP Pavilion 15-AB031TX

Request: Could you please look into this issue and provide any possible fixes or updates? Thank you for your time and support.
