Description of the new feature / enhancement

Can we get a workspaces integration into powertoys run as an option? Right now my workaround is to create a desktop shortcut and searching for that file but that feels clunky for two PT apps to communicate

Scenario when this would be used?

this can be used to quickly browse workspaces and not having to remember all of the workspace names. Current workaround returns a lot of hits when searching for layouts.

Let's use #39757 to track, not only the workspaces, cmdpal is a good entry point for other utilities
