Workspaces not working as expected

Workspaces

Steps to reproduce

I've created two workspaces, one for home office, one for office. Both seem not to work as expected.

The result is more or less unpredictable. Instead of restoring windows and placing them on the right screen it's not moving all windows to the screen set in the editor and some windows get minimized even though they should be maximized

I am also getting the same thing. When I re-make the workspaces, it works better but not perfect. Windows don't seem to minimize but some of them still aren't positioned correctly. But what starts happening is the popup that tells you when it's opening the different applications reports everything fails, even though most of them do load.

From what I can tell, it appears the last window to open is the window that isn't positioned correctly, as it changes every time I launch it.

Attaching an image and my zip for reference.

Commenting to keep it not stale. I'm not the author but I submitted what was requested (it's still happening FYI).
