Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Command Palette
  2. Navigate to "install command palette extensions"
  3. Click an extension
  4. Make CmdPal pane taller

✔️ Expected Behavior

The details should stay just below the description, maybe leaving a blank at the bottom. They should be tethered relative to the description.

❌ Actual Behavior

The details are instead tethered to the bottom, creating a weird gap.
