If the second command is a separator, don't show the secondary command

I guess, if the first command in MoreCommands (the one we'd put as the secondary command) is a SeparatorContextItem, then don't show the secondary command. Leave that in the context menu.

Are we talking about the CommandItemViewModel or ContentPageViewModel when we say "MoreCommands"? or heck, both?
