Steps to reproduce
Open ChatGPT (Microsoft Store app), submit a prompt, get an output, copy the output, open notepad, open Advanced Paste, select Paste as Markdown. The content will be mostly HTML without any markdown formatting. Even when doing a custom AI prompt such as
Convert any formatting to markdown in plain text. If there are HTML tags, convert them to the equivalent markdown formatting or remove them. Make sure the output has NOT HTML or CSS . The output should be ready to be pasted into a markdown text editor. Make sure the output ONLY CONTAINS Markdown tags, NOT HTML OR CSS ALLOWED!!!
The thing still will create mostly HTML (i.e. MarkUP) not markdown

Hi, I just installed PowerToys for the Advanced Paste module to convert my clipboard to Markdown, and I also found that there is are lot of HTML code during collage. I hope you will find a solution, thank you :)

I also have the issue with ChatGPT: if I copy my text and his at the same time, I get HTML code. If I separate the copies, the Markdown collage works. I made a screencast:

It prob was bc the video was encoded with H265; the mobile app isn't able to see it either.
I converted it to H264.
