Feature Request: "Always at the Bottom" Option
Description of the new feature / enhancement
The "Always on Top" feature is great, but it would be really helpful to have an "Always at the Bottom" option.
Scenario when this would be used?
This would let certain windows stay always below others, which is useful for background apps or reference documents.

Every few months I find myself needing this feature and searching for it and then remembering that it keeps being ignored here.
Note: Previous feature requests have all been closed as duplicates, and the original issue was closed after the original author didn't respond to a question. IMO this issue should not be closed as dup unless one of those previous issues is reopened, as the original issue was neither resolved nor rejected.
