Is the ask to allow for a custom bookmark / stub app that you can launch?

+1 for this Currently when you launch an application with Command Palette, there is no way to add extra launch flags, like you can with PowerToys run.

This is very useful for launching applications in various debugging or optimisation modes to help you diagnose issues or change application behaviour

This would be useful for launching any application that can use launch flags, and allows users to quick launch in different modes, like PowerToys Run can already do.

Docs for how this works in PowerToys Run: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/run#program-parameters

@petercolemanfoundry I'm gonna move that request to #41745, since that's ultimately unrelated to this Run request (which also totally looks like it's already doable today)
