Steps to reproduce

I have set Powertoys run at startup, but it doesn't show up in task manager. I have to open it manually, and sometimes when I click on powertoys it won't start up properly and I need to click on it again to get it running. This issue also occurs in v0.88.0, whereas in v0.87.0 everything is fine (When Powertoys auto-update to v0.88.0 I met this issue, and I reinstalled v0.87.0 it went back to normal).
