1. Ensure the DNS resolution to IP is correct
2. Ensure Firewall setting is correct

清除powertoys的缓存亲测有效，路径：“C:\Users<你的用户名>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys”或“ C:\Program Files\PowerToys”后再次尝试链接，我一般只清理一台的缓存就行
