ZoomIt: there should be a single shortcut to enable/disable ZoomIt as a whole

Description of the new feature / enhancement

There should be a single shortcut (e.g. Win+Shift+Z) to enable/disable ZoomIt as a whole.

Scenario when this would be used?

At the start and end around the time the various ZoomIt functions will be needed (e.g. start/end of a presentation)

Supporting information

The original ZoomIt was designed around starting it when it will be needed (e.g. for a presentation) then shutting it down (after the presentation). Because of that short runtime, it's not a big issue if its shortcuts are so numerous and so basic (ctrl+) that they can conflict with some other apps.

PowerToys however is designed to be running constantly. It shouldn't be reserving so many shortcuts for a single utility, and much less have shortcuts that can so easily conflict with other apps (i.e. without the windows keys).

I filed this issue as a "feature/enhancement", but IMHO, it is bad enough to be considered a bug. And likely, this is why #37139 was filed as well.

This is exactly how I used ZoomIt - load it when needed, unload it once the presentation was done. It is a wonderful utility, but its built-in, always-on, can't-disable shortcut keys ended up interfering with my regular workflows.

This would actually help me using ZoomIt at all, as of right now it is interfering with Browser Tab switching shortcuts, therefore I have ZoomIt always disabled. I'll start using ZoomIt once this toggle option is available.

It might also be nice to have an option like Quick Accent has where it doesn't activate over certain apps if possible, because (as many others have said) it takes common shortcuts that I use often for tab switching and group assignment in RTS games.
