When input Chinese characters with sogou input in edge's address bar with powertoy on, as the video shows, the press of space button to input a space to the input area instead of make the word to input area which is what it should have done. And the input behavior recovers as expected when powertoy closed.

打开了powertoy之后，搜狗输入法或者其他输入法在任何地方输入中文，都有可能出现，按下空格键，候选词没有上屏，而是直接输入了一个空格，再次按下空格时才能将候选词上屏，此时前面输入的空格会自动删除。如果关掉powertoy一切就正常了。

from #23464, I've verified this problem happened only when accent enabled.

Yep, Quick Accent is the cause, I just turn it off and everything goes well
