Steps to reproduce

Install Powertoys, and attempt to install the winget module

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expect installation to succeed

❌ Actual Behavior

Powertoys stops responding, and after a few seconds, it shows error message, saying that administrative privileges are required. Similar issue occurs, in a non-admin attempt.

Maybe PowerToys needs to run as admin for your user to be able to install Command Not Found. Another alternative might be to install from the PowerShell Gallery: https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/Microsoft.WinGet.CommandNotFound/1.0.4.0

No... I was running both with, and without administrator...
