I don't know if this is specific Windows App, but that's where I'm seeing it.

When you connect to a cloud PC with this app, the window makes itself full screen. The behavior is correctly full screen, for example alt-tab switches between apps in the VM. And the RDP window size is correctly the size of the screen. But the offset of the window is set to the offset of the zone I last had this window in. So I'm seeing the desktop of the client, and the window gets clipped by the edges of the monitor.

The fix is to right click on the window in the client desktop task bar and click "Restore"
