Windows default 'new folder' NOT WORKING with NEW+ enabled, and opens Templates instead.

Steps to reproduce

Enable New+ Add a few template files and folder Open File explorer On the top Ribbon, Click FOLDER in the New group.

✔️ Expected Behavior

It should create a new folder as usual windows behavior, without new+ enabled.

❌ Actual Behavior

This opens the Templates location of the New+ setting.

However, when you create a new folder by right clicking, and using windows inbuilt new folder menu option, the above issue does not arise. It only arises when you click on the "new folder' button on the Ribbon, as seen in File Explorer or File Selector
