Steps to reproduce

Activate Quick Accent with F pressed + right arrow

✔️ Expected Behavior

A rather long set of characters should be available, ɸ being one of them

❌ Actual Behavior

Very short list of options, just °F and ḟ It does not matter if I enable use of all character sets (was my default) or just the "Special Characters" set.

Drat, I solved it like 5 sec after submitting this. Enabling back "All available" made all the missing characters available again. There seems to be still a bug in the new selection of character sets feature as it requires toggling the setting on/off to make the default selection work.
