Steps to reproduce

I was trying to disable the auto-update toast notification via registry keys as mentioned in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/grouppolicy#disable-action-center-notification-for-new-updates, but after launching the application, I could still the auto-update notification is still enabled.

✔️ Expected Behavior

It should be disabled in the PowerToys application if I have disabled it via registry key, similar to how the 'Show the release notes after an update' option is disabled after I used a registry key to disable it.
