Ability to launch workspace on startup and to assign them to a desktop

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would to assign workspaces to open on startup. It would also be nice to assign a workspace to start on a new desktop which can be done by utilizing Windows 11 Multiple Desktop feature

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a Work and Code workspaces. When my machine startups I use the desktop shortcut and start my Work workspace. I then create another desktop using Windows 11 multiple desktop feature and start my Coding workspace. It would be great to be able to do this automatically when my machine boots.
