Allow windows to snap to fancy layouts when moving windows using Alt+Space+M

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Natively in Windows, Alt+Space opens the right click dropdown menu in the top left corner of the currently active window. You can then use those menu items to resize or move a window entirely from the keyboard. It would be nice if powertoys recognized this action and allowed you to drop windows into fancy layouts while manipulating a window strictly using the keyboard.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be used any time when a user has a fancy layout but is not using the mouse or keypad for some reason.
