Awake CLI does not appear to work sine 0.84

Steps to reproduce

Run the following command: "C:\Program Files\PowerToys\PowerToys.Awake.exe" --display-on=true --expire-at=18:00:00

✔️ Expected Behavior

Either a new window to open with confirmation that the process is running: [09:13:13.3975717] [Info] Manager::SetExpirableKeepAwake Expirable keep-awake. Expected expiration date/time: 9/11/2024 6:00:00 PM -04:00 with display on setting set to True

or presumably in the new versions a tray icon with the correct expiry date/time reflected

❌ Actual Behavior

A tray icon will display but it does not have the correct expiration time, it either says 'indefinitely' or 'off'
