FEATURE REQUEST: Keyboard shortcuts to change case (lower, UPPER, Proper, etc.)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

As described in the title - it would be amazing to have keyboard shortcuts on Windows to change the case of any selected text to lower, UPPER, or Proper case.

Scenario when this would be used?

Personally, I would find this very useful for coding, particularly PowerApps. But, it could be used in any application that doesn't already have casing built in.
