When a program is activated through Workspaces, it no longer works with FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

I ran Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat using a Workspace. When trying to move either of their windows holding shift to move it to FancyZone, the FancyZone overlay didn't show up, and I couldn't snap either of these windows to the zone. All other windows worked fine. Also, it was another Workspace which I ran: after starting the computer I ran one workspace, then the second workspace over it with Word and Acrobat in question.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Moving window (of the program started with Workspace) while holding shift displays FancyZone overlay and allows to snap a window to the Zone.

❌ Actual Behavior

Moving window (of the program started with Workspace) while holding shift didn't display FancyZone and essentially worked as regular moving window.
