Steps to reproduce

Hotkey to launch workspace is not working. Tried the default one and the edited one. not working. Launching for quick access works fine, though.

✔️ Expected Behavior

hotkey trigger launches workspaces

❌ Actual Behavior

nothing happens PowerToysReport_2024-09-08-10-27-04.zip
