Steps to reproduce
1. Open Cinema 4D.
2. Observe the loading process and the time it takes for the application to fully open.
3. Once the app is open, notice that the workspace does not resize properly, skipping the expected resizing behavior.
✔️ Expected Behavior
the workspace should resize properly once the application is fully loaded.
❌ Actual Behavior
Cinema 4D takes a significant amount of time to open, and the workspace appears to skip the resizing process, leading to display issues.

@chadgsg Cinema 4D represents what I'd describe as a "perfect storm of edge cases" - to name a few:
- Splash screen on launch
- Multiple window launch with quick start window
- Long load time
We'll need to dig into this one more deeply to understand the root cause behind the repositioning issue.
