[Workspaces] Pair window positioning to FancyZones

Description of the new feature / enhancement

• Add the option to assign a FancyZone layout and zone for each window after capture
• If no zone is assigned, create an internal FancyZone used only by Workspaces to place the windows with no assignment in the same positions and sizes they were at the moment of capture
• The positioning capture should be a toggle, so if one doesn't care about positioning, one doesn't need to bother with it

Reopening all programs already in the positions we are used to work with
