Steps to reproduce

I had two sticky notes open when I created a Workspace. (PowerToys v0.84.0, Windows 10 Build 19045.4780)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Both Sticky Notes should have opened.

❌ Actual Behavior

Only one sticky note opened.
