Steps to reproduce

1. This time it is in normal use
2. Computer sleep
3. Wake up the computer and discover that the key mapping done by the keyboard manager is invalid. You need to restart the powertoys software

Should the keyboard manager work whenever you wake up your computer

Same issue. I map key from Win Q to Ctrl Shift left. But it failed after sleep. When I restart powertoys, it normal
