Restore the Small taskbar buttons option

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The ability to use a small taskbar, like in windows 10 whose option was sadly taken away in windows 11 for no reason.

Scenario when this would be used?

Many people don't like how large the default taskbar is. In windows 10 Microsoft solved this by allowing users to use a cleaner, small taskbar. It looked better on desktop, and granted us more screen real estate.
