Windows hotkeys conflict with Powertoys's, even after changing the latter

Steps to reproduce

1. Open PowerToys
2. Either leave the default shortcut for one module, or change it

For the Always on Top module :

3. Open File Explorer
4. Go in a folder containing images
5. Select an image
6. Use the shortcut

For the PowerToys Run module :

3. Go back on the desktop by clicking on the bottom right corner of the screen
4. Use the shortcut

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys functions work as they should.

❌ Actual Behavior

Either PowerToys shortcuts don't do anything, or identical Windows shortcuts (like Win + Space, to change the keyboard's layout, initially associated with PowerToys Run) work instead
