Description of the new feature / enhancement

The Advanced Paste window feels like a transient piece of UI, like the system emoji picker or win+v paster (and indeed looks very similar with the drag bar and close) but I feel it should auto-dismiss if you click away, like the others do, and not appear on the taskbar.

Bonus points for matching the design exactly by removing the top-left icon and making the window acrylic

Scenario when this would be used?

Window easier to dismiss, matches system dialogs better
