Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hi! Recently i get really annoyed that windows don't have that function, so let me describe my experience. I speak 4 languages, but commonly i using only 2 of them, so it getting really annoying clicking shift-alt to get that one I need. So i being glad if i can switch language input with PowerToys on language i need without having him in keyboard layouts. Thank you for understanding

Scenario when this would be used?

That could be useful for polyglot people

this isn't impossible but you can change shift-alt shortcut to another shortcut like Caps Lock key (single key) in keyboard manager.
