Add default HEX color format with a preceding hash tag

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I love color picker, but I would love to have a default HEX color picker format that adds a # ahead of the copied value. I know I can add a color format using the Add a new format button and specify #%ReX%GrX%BlX but it seems that it should be a default option.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be used by any photo editing software that expects a # in front of hex color values.

As mentioned in many issues ⬆️ you can adjust any of the formats, or create a new one if you wish so. Therefore closing 🙂
