Steps to reproduce

Make sure you have several input languages on your system, preferably ones with largely different number of symbols in their titles. Open TextExtractor and open the menu to select the language. Move your mouse to hover over one of the lines outside of the text and observe that it is not clickable. Move the mouse to text. It is now clickable.

Click areas to select new language as shown above.

Click areas to select new language roughly as shown.
