Quick Accent does not work when shift key is held down and using left/right arrow keys to activate. It does work when space is used to activate (if that option is enabled).

Steps to reproduce

Set Quick Accent activation key to "Left, Right or Space". Open Notepad, type and hold both shift and S keys, then press right arrow. Nothing happens. Now press both shift and S keys, than press space bar, quick accent for capital S appears.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Accent bar appears and I can select Š.

❌ Actual Behavior

No accent bar appears.
